These are the terms and conditions (Terms) on which we supply our products to you. By placing an order on our website www.weloveseasons.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order to us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not order through our website, emails or phone. Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these Terms, please contact us on sales@weloveseasons.com.

Please note that we only sell products to these countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cypress, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Our products 

We Love Seasons Ltd products are for decorative use only. The products are NOT toys and NOT designed for this purpose. Due to the risk of choking from small parts, NONE of the We Love Seasons Ltd products is suitable for children under the age of five years.

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the customer’s computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of our products. All product dimensions are approximate and given in centimeters. Slight variations in both may occur.

Some of our products are handmade and/or hand painted which means they have a unique finish, shape, natural imperfections and may differ from the picture you see on our website, and/or from one product to the other if you order more than one. 

Please note we cannot be responsible for any third party articles, websites or all other external press for price discrepancies and the advertising of out of stock products. We will not be in the position to refund any price discrepancies between such articles and our website.

 

Our contract with you 

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to We Love Seasons to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.  Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 

When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or to confirm your order. A phone number is required so we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling. 

After you have placed an order on our website, we will provide you with an order confirmation. 

Reasons why we won’t be able to meet our obligations:

  • We were unable to authorize your payment
  • If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock
  • If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error
  • If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents

We Love Seasons Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply goods. We Love Seasons is not responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the We Love Seasons website.  

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, stop it or delay the delivery, nor change the delivery address.

Please ensure that you check all products on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving the parcel. 

 

Payment terms

The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are subject to change from time to time, although we will do our best to keep you informed of any such changes. All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate. 

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on the site are incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the product the customer has ordered, we will contact the customer to inform them of this and give them the option of continuing to purchase the products at the correct price or cancelling the order.

Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

If you pay with Debit/credit card you will be charged straight away for the whole value of the order. This is also the case for items which are pre-ordered which you will not receive straight away or with the rest of the in-stock items. 

You will own the goods once we have received payment in full.

 

Deliveries 

Before you finalise and submit your order, please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode. Please also check your order confirmation as we will have to charge an additional fee should the parcel be dispatched with an incorrect address. 

We ship your products within 3 working days of receiving payment of your order. 

A shipping and tax charge of £3.50 for UK mainland will be added (FREE on orders over £40 in the UK).  

For orders outside UK Mainland, a shipping and tax charge of £5 will be added.

We will send you an email once the order has been dispatched. 

The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.

Part shipment of an order

Please note that if a product is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the warehouse within 72 hours, your order will be held and dispatched together. If the delay is longer than 72 hours your order will be part dispatched.  The shipping charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

 

Delivery outside UK Mainland

Please note all deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. 

 

If you need to return an item, please note that customs duties are not always refundable or fully refundable. This varies depending on your country’s individual regulations. For more information on your country’s import policy, please check with your local Customs office.

 

Cancellation and Amendments

You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract.

If you order products but the order has not left the warehouse, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.

If you have ordered products, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel by sending us an email to sales@weloveseasons.com. We will then confirm the return address and information you need to include with the return and you need to return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. 

We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

  • we receive the goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
  • you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packaging and returning the goods. 

 

Discrepancies

Please examine the products received from us immediately you receive them. Any products that are faulty or damaged must be reported within 10 working days upon receiving the parcel or within 30 days should the fault develop after receiving them. 

Send us an email as soon as possible to sales@weloveseasons.com and attach a photo of the defective product so the complaint can be assessed. 

If you cannot send us a photo of the defective product, you will need to return the product to us, at your own expense. We will then inspect the products and if our inspection confirms the defective product, we will refund your return cost (please note we will only refund the collection cost we would charge) and issue a replacement (if in-stock) or a refund as appropriate.

We Love Seasons cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged for something that was the result of normal wear and tear.

 

Refunds

If you fulfil our terms and conditions, we will return your money within 14 days. Your refund will be issued through the original method of payment. If your original payment card has expired, please send us an email to sales@weloveseasons.com

 

Liability 

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We Love Seasons cannot be held responsible or liable for your use of any websites that are accessible from this website as we do not have any control or responsibility for these. Any such links should not be viewed as an endorsement or an affiliation with We Love Seasons.

 

Events outside our control

We Love Seasons Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or any delay in performance of any of our obligations under this contract that is caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control.

If an event outside our control takes place affecting the performance of our obligations under the contract, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible to notify them, and our obligations under this contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event. We will arrange a new delivery date with the customer after the event.

 

How we may use your personal information 

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

Other important terms  

The use of We Love Seasons website and these terms are governed by English law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. 

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
